March Calories

Going to try keeping a daily calorie count this month :)

Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 180.6 lbs. this morning. Had baked red snapper and potatoes for dinner last night. While watching TV had hand full of tortia chips and mango the wife surprised me with. Not sure of the calories yesterday.

3/2/12 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 180.4 lbs. this morning. Had Grilled salmon, boiled baby potato's and a green salad with a squeeze of lemon/peppered. Added up the calories to 2050 area. Did not know a chicken tamale is 330 calories alone (lol).

3/3/12 Good Saturday morning, weighed in at 180.0 lbs. this morning. Had broiled red snapper with boiled baby potatoes last night for dinner. Before that I had a few tortia chips to make the calories to 1591.

3/5/12 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 179.8 lbs. this morning. Had the grill ham and cheese sandwich at Jack in the Box last night for dinner.

3/6/12 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 180.8 lbs. this morning. Had a grill steak and a potato last night for dinner. I couldnt keep up with the calorie count, but up above 2000 for sure.

3/8/12 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 179.0 lbs. this morning. Had stir-fry steak with a boiled potato added later for flavor. Just trying to get away from the butter, salt and pepper (taster).

3/9/12 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 178.6 lbs. this morning. Had grilled steak and grilled potatoes last night for dinner. Believe the salt and pepper transfers to the boiled potatoes that makes it good to eat this way.

3/12/12 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 179.4 lbs. this morning. Went to a party at a all-you-can-eat places, so tried to be good with my diet just stuck with the baked salmon, green grilled veggie and ice cream with strawberries. Sure I was over 2000 calorie mark ;)

3/13/12 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 179.6 lbs. this morning. Had grilled chicken with boiled potato/grilled last night for dinner. Honestly dont know how many calories I had yesterday. Need to figure it out today

3/14/12 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 178.4 lbs. this morning. Had grilled cod fish with a boiled/grilled potato. Been so busy at work couldn't keep up with the calories like I want to.

3/15/12 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 177.4 lbs. this morning. Had grilled chicken breast with the boiled potato/grilled last night. Figured 1400 calorie area yesterday

3/16/12 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 177.7 lbs. this morning. Had a take out sandwich and tortia chips late last night. All the running around at Costco and Wal-Mart I thought Id burn it off :) Well over 1800 calories with the tortia chips

3/19/12 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 179.4 lbs. this morning. Went out last night and han chinese food. I had so much sugar yesterday with a slurpy and cookies, my calorie count is in the 2100's

3/20/12 Good Tuesday morning, weighed 177.3 lbs. this morning. Had grilled salmon with boiled potato/grilled last night for dinner. Later while watching a bit of The Voice I had a few cookies to push me over the 1800 calorie mark :)

3/21/12 Good Wednesday morning, weighed 177.6 lbs. this morning. Had grilled cod fish, potato, cottage cheese and 180 calories of cookies. 2000 calories yesterday

3/22/12 Good Thursday morning, weighed 178.3 lbs. this morning. Had homemade beef stew last night, but the finished of the cottage cheese while watching TV about 8:30 pm. We'll be watching "John Carter" in 3D IMAX Friday night for something different.

3/23/12 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 177.6 lbs. this morning. Had porkchop and rice last night with a small bag of Frito's while watching TV last night. 1800 calories, I believe yesterday.

3/26/12 Good Monday morning, weighed 178.8 lbs. this morning. Had ramen soup last night got dinner, but snacked on pineapple and potato chips later on. I lost count on calories yesterday.

3/28/12 Good Wednesday morning, weighed 176.6 lbs. this morning. Had chicken and potato for dinner last night. Stop at the store and bought some chips and had a few of those also.

3/29/12 Good Thursday morning, weighed 175.8 lbs. this morning. Had grilled salmon with potato last night for dinner. Have not been keeping up with the calories like I should, but I am not snacking as much :)
