February a door
Good Wednesday morning, wife has got a cold, so we had chicken noodle soup together at home. Weighed in at 186.5 lbs. this morning, as a result. ;) Have to start doing something in a form of exersize after I eat dinner is the only way I'll get down to 173. again.
2/2/12 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 186.4 lbs. this morning. had chicken noodle soup last night again. Did a walk last night to come back to homemade a piece of pumpkin pie :)
2/3/12 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 184.8 lbs. this morning. Had stir-fried steak with white rice for dinner last night. Then went and bought some multi-grain tortia chips and some of those.
2/6/12 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 186.8 lbs. this morning. Went out to have a whopper and onion rings late last night. That Super Bowl game was one of the best I've remembered.
2/7/12 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 185.8 lbs. this morning. Had a piece of chicken and a potato for dinner last night.
2/8/12 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 185.4 lbs. this morning. Had a small chicken noodle soup with a lime in it. Later on had a few Wheat Thin crackers while watching TV.
2/9/12 Ggod Thursday morning, weighed in at 185.2 lbs. this morning. Had two pieces of chicken with a boiled potato for dinner last night.
2/10/12 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 185.0 lbs. this morning. Had small bowl of chicken soup for dinner last night. Still feel the effects of the bronchitis (not good).
2/11/12 Good Saturday morning, weighed in at 184.6 lbs. this morning. Had small chicken soup again for dinner last night with some SunChips while watching "The Rock" on DVD. I don't snack so much by not watching the food channels (TV commercials :).
2/13/12 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 187.0 lbs. this morning. Went to a birthday party at a buffet late last night :)
2/14/12 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 186.8 lbs. this morning. Had a turkey taco with small amount of chips and salsa last night for dinner.
2/15/12 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 185.6 lbs. this morning. Went with a turkey taco with chips and salsa last night for dinner.
2/16/12 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 185.0 lbs. this morning. Went out to eat grilled ahi tuna, grilled veggies with a salad last night for dinner. Wife had me counting calories last night at dinner and figured 1400 calories was the total for yesterday :)
2/17/12 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 185.4 lbs. this morning. Had an oversized turkey taco with chips and salsa last night for dinner.
2/20/12 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 184.6 lbs. this morning. Had grilled salmon, potato and brussel sprouts last night for dinner.
2/22/13 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 183.2 lbs. this morning. Had grilled chicken, potato with a green salad last night for dinner.
2/23/12 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 182.6 lbs. this morning. Had Grilled salmon, potato and a green salad with squeeze of lemon/pepper as the dressing.
2/24/12 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 183.4 lbs. this morning. Had grilled chicken breast, potato and green salad with Italian dressing. PS; Wife still wondering why my stomach is still big. lol
2/27/12 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 183.8 lbs. this morning. Whent out last night to Chopolte and ate a borrito bowl with chips/salsa (850 calories).
2/29/12 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 181.0 lbs. this morning. Had grilled salmon, potatoes and a green salad with a squeeze of lemon/peppered.
