On hold :)
Good Monday morning, weighed in at 186.0 lbs. this morning. Wife wanted to go out to Hambuger Habit last night, so I went with a hamburger, fries and a soda last night (Put losing weight on hold).
10/4/11 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 185.8 lbs. this morning. Had chicken curry, rice with a sweet potato last night. Then a small bag of BBQ chips while watching some TV last night.
10/5/11 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 184.4 lbs. this morning. Had Banh Canh soup that my sister in law made last night. Surprised me that my weight went down this morning.
10/10/11 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 186.6 lbs. this morning. Feeling a little under the weather, so been loading up with a lot of soup yesterday.
10/12/11 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 186.0 lbs. this morning. Had Grilled salmon, rice with a green salad. While watching "Boy Scout" had a nectarine.
10/13/11 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 185.8 lbs. this morning. Had grilled salmon, potatoe with a green salad last night.
10/14/11 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 185.0 lbs. this morning. Had a sandwich and a birthday cake (mine) last night.
10/17/11 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 184.4 lbs this morning. Went out to dinner had stir-fried yellow noodles and shrimp.
10/24/11 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 184.6 lbs. this morning. Stayed home and had chicken ramen soup last night, it was the weather for some.
10/25/11 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 186.6 lbs. this morning. Had Grilled Salmon with a lot of buttered potatoes last night. Then to top that off munched on some cashew nuts we got from a friend.
10/26/11 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 185.6 lbs this morning. Had grilled skinless chicken breast with a couple potatoes last night. Stayed away from the cashew nuts, but had some tortia chips instead while watching TV.
10/27/11 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 185.0 lbs. this morning. Had grilled salmon with some rice last night.
10/28/11 Good Friday morning, weighed in St 184.2 lbs. this morning. Had spring rolls last night for dinner and some tortia chips while watching X Men on DVD. The TV wasn't picking up the stations last night for some reason.
10/31/11 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 184.0 lbs. this morning. Had a broiled peppered steak, potato and a green salad last night.
