Morning Sky Line



Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 183.6 lbs. this morning. Had grilled salmon, boiled potatoes with brussel sprouts last night. Wife wanted to walk last night, but I was to tired from waking up at 3:00 am yesterday.

9/2/11 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 183.8 lbs. this morning. Had Beef Curry and white rice late last night.

9/6/11 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 187.4 lbs. this morning. Had a large Pho' soup last night with the family. This was a big Labor Day weekend, so we ate out every night.

9/7/11 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 186.0 lbs. this morning. Had grilled salmon, boiled potatoes and brussel sprouts. Went for a 40 minute walk, then had some potato chips and grapes.

9/8/11 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 184.6 lbs. this morning. Had a pork chop and white rice last night. Later had some grapes while watching TV.

9/9/11 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 185.2 lbs. this morning. Had pork chop and white rice again last night. Went for a walk around the neighborhood and then had some watermelon.

9/12/11 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 184.0 lbs. this morning. Had grilled steak, boiled potatoes amd a green salad. One of the tenant's turned me on to some Kangen water over the weekend and it might have contributed to the weight lose by working like a diarrhetic of sort.

9/14/11 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 184.4 lbs. this morning. Had BBQ steak and boiled potatoes last night. Later had some tortia chip while watching "Wipe Out." I could see Tom cruise say, " Let me try that!" (Bless him)

9/15/11 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 183.8 lbs. this morning. Had a small amount of ramen beef soup and some more tortia chips late (7:30) last night.

9/16/11 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 183.8 lbs. this morning. Had steak and potatoe last night and some tortia chip before that.

9/19/11 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 184.6 lbs. this morning. Had chicken with a green salad last night.

9/20/11 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 185.2 lbs. this morning. Had a large portion of grilled salmon with a boiled potatoe last night.

9/21/11 Good Wednesday morning, weight this morning was 185.0 lbs. Had a porkchop with rice and chips while watching TV.

9/22/11 Good Thursday morning, weight this morning was 185.4 lbs. Had salmon with potatoes last night and more chips while watching more TV.

9/23/11 Good Friday morning, weight this morning 185.8 lbs. Had salmon, rice and a green salad. I've been eating Cheez-it crackers and believe it is just adding weight these days.

9/25/11 Good Sunday morning, weighed in at 184.0 lbs. this morning. Had a hamburger with onion rings at The Habit last night. Spent the day 4 wheeling out in the San Gabrial Mountain, so did not eat much during the day :).

9/26/11 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 184.6 lbs. this morning. Had a broiled steak, potatoe and a green salad last night.

9/27/11 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 194.2 lbs. this morning. Had small broiled steak, white rice and a green salad last night.

9/28/11 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 183.0 lbs. this morning. Had grilled salmon and a potato for dinner last night with a nectarine while watching a little TV.

9/29/11 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 184.4 lbs. this morning. Had a broiled steak, rice and a green salad. Also had Cheeze-it's at lunch yesterday, so I need to stop eating my favorite crackers.

9/30/11 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 184.4 lbs. this morning. Went to Costco and had a slice of there pizza last night :).
