the wait

Hope you all had a great weekend :) My Saturday I already posted here, but Sunday was awesome (wife stayed home). All we did was relax and had dinner with the family (late). Had tough time sleeping from the coffee I had just before dinner.
Weighed this morning 180.8(+0.2/Friday) pounds. I went with a shrimp stir-fry noodles and veggies. Have no chance of having a good weigh in on Monday after a weekend of eating whatever is in front of me. :)

1/20/09 Good morning, weighed in at 180.4(-0.4) pounds this morning. Oatmeal/honey was I had last night. Chips and salsa while watching "Hooper" with Burt Reynolds and Sally Fields. I think that was the first time seeing the movie and this is when Burt Reynolds was younger. (how did I miss it?)

1/21/09 Good morning, weighed in at 180.8(+0.4) pounds this morning. Last night was a mess, thought I was going to the store to add a circuit breaker and a couple wall outlets. Oooops, anyway a Subway Sandwitch was on my mind and not going over changed things, so just eating a banana and grapes all I thought I was going to eat. Chip and salsa right before I went to sleep.(it showed) Have a good day!

1/22/09 Good morning, weighed in at 179.4(-1.4) pounds this morning. Had oatmeal with banana last night and a yogart later while watching TV. I really need to exercise to get this weight under control. Have a good day :)

Good morning, weighed in at 178.6(-0.8) pounds this morning. Had oatmeal/honey last night with a little chip and salsa later on while whatching TV. Had a documentary of sorts about a Dragon search and the Komoto Dragon is awsome. My memory is so bad I can not remember the host name until I heard it again. (Gods Gift) Have a good day :)
