I am sorry, it is like the weekend has been coming up faster than I can post what my plans are going to be. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend of celebration. All I did was prepare it seems for this whole week of celebrating dinners with family. Didn't get to bed last night until 10:30 pm, for me that's late.
Anyway my weight is hurting at 181.8 pounds this morning. I ate well over the weekend and I had a chicken salad with a rice soup? It was the first time I had anything like it and I really liked it. Think it was the first meal my sister-in-law made for the family. God bless her, for it was the first home made meal for New Year sense her/our mom past on (3 years).
1/27/09 Good morning, weighed in at 182.0 (+0.2) pounds this morning. Had roast beef, rice and a couple soda's last night with the family till 10:00 pm. I haven't been sleeping good the last couple nights and I think it's because of eating so much before going to bed.(Good to know)
1/28/09 Good morning, weighed in at 181.0(-1.0) pounds this morning. Had oatmeal/honey last night with watermellon and a tangerine while watch "James Bond" on TV. It was nice to relax and do some checking the Jeep out at home last night. Still have not put the factory fog lights back on it. Not in a hurry to put new holes in my after market bumper, but might have to. Don't think to hard and have a good day :).
1/29/09 Good morning, weighed in at 179.0(-2.0) pounds this morning. Had oatmeal/honey last night with watermellon while watch "Mama Mia" last night. Very good movie if you haven't watched it. Have a good day :)
