Checking out some duplex's out to see what they are going to sell for. It will be interesting to see 700k duplex sells for. This will be my first property auction I have been to.
Update 7:30pm Well a friend and I seen some pretty good deals.The one in Malibu that was sold before for 1.5M went for 725K. That was one of the only ones that sold half off list. The other single family homes 2/3 off list.
The duplex's were right around 1/2 off list, but these were in downtown LA.
