1/13/09 Picture of Pinks CD "FUNHOUSE" I got over last weekend.
Good morning, had a great weekend. Well Friday night had an unexpected plumming leak I had to fix. It's an older house and the piping back then, let's say, "Put it together anyway you can." I thought I had it with calking, but the plummers puddy was the answer for this. It was what they used before and I just didn't have any with me the Saturday I unclogged the kitchen drain.
Saturday, went on a search for my Uncle and Aunt in San Diego. Some how we missed placed our address book, so I dropped in on them without calling. Found the house after 10 years, but nobody answered the door (9:15am).
I also planned on taking my cousin out 4 wheeling up on Otay Mountain. Ended up doing the mountain by myself until 12:00. Then decided to try knocking on Aunt and Uncle's house again. Uncle was there and I stayed until Aunty got home (5:30pm). We talked and ate dinner together until about 7:00. It was a good visit, but there was some money talk I really did not care for. Uncle came on like a father figure and I answered in polite (He showed he cares).
Sunday, sat around the house and really did not do anything extra. Went to our God Daughters birthday party dinner and did not stop eating until 9:00 pm.
Weighed in this morning at 182.4 pounds. I think it was the birthday cake that added to.... ;). Have a good and productive day.

1/13/09 Good morning, weighed in at 182.2(-0.2) pounds this morning. Had the oatmeal/honey last night with cheese and crackers later on. Thinking the cake is staying on sense Sunday night. We really need to exercise more, because the eating alone isn't cutting it. Have a good day :)
1/14/09 Good morning, weighed in at 179.6(-2.6) pounds this morning. Had oatmeal/honey again last night with cottage/fruit cocktail while watching the news. I was sick so went to bed at 8:30 last night. Have a good ay :)
1/15/09 Good morning, weighed in at 179.6 pounds this morning. Same weight and again had oatmeal/honey last night and also had an extra helping of cottage cheese late last night. Really need to exercise like, walk, bicycle or even use that gym membership. The gym is so crazy this time of year I'll hold off if I can. Have a good day :)
1/16/09 Good morning, weighed in at 180.6(+1.0) pounds this morning. I did a no no yesterday by munching and not eating until late last night. Working in the garage until my wife came home and ended up doing some last minute landlording. People when insecure, become control freaks (it's everywere, just look...)
