Turtle Pond

Picture I got while I was in Ho Chi Minh City, seems like years ago.

Good Friday morning, weighed in at 183.2 lbs. this morning. Had grilled red snapper with a salad last night, but had more pizza late in the same afternoon.

7/5/11 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 185.4 lbs. this morning. Had family day at Universal Studio's yesterday, so the eats and drinks wasn't the best. Got home and had some Ramen soup late last night.

7/6/11 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 183.4 lbs. this morning. Had a small broiled peppered steak with a baked potato late last.

7/7/11 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 183.2 lbs. Had a smaller steak and another baked potato last night.

7/8/11 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 183.0 lbs. this morning. Went to Jamba Juice last night as well as Trader Joe's for some chips.
Brother-in-law went through a triple-bypas a few years ago and was feelin weak for a couple days. Now, he calls me and asks," You thing I should go to the emergency room?" Think he just needed that nudge from me to go in and he already had his mind made up by that point.

7/11/11 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 184.0 lbs. this morning. Did not go out with the family like usual on Sunday nights. Stayed home and had baked chicken with a green salad.

7/12/11 Good Tursday morning, weighed in at 183.6 lbs. this morning. Had broiled salmon with a baked potato for dinner last night.

7/13/11 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 182.3 lbs. this morning. Again went with the broiled salmon with potato last night.

7/14/11 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 182.7 lbs. this morning. Had 2 Taco's and a borrito at Taco Bell thinking that playing basket ball would be ok? Ended up not liking the Taco's like I used too :)

7/15/11 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 182.6 lbs. this morning. Had the broiled salmon with a potato last night and a peach while watching "The Bucket List"

7/18/11 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 186.2 lbs. this morning. We went out to Malibu Fish Grill and had the ahi grilled tuna, grilled veggies with a garden salad last night. You'd think lifting 3/4"ish plywood sheets, 9 feet straight up in the air yesterday my weight would be down.

7/19/11 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 184.2 lbs. this morning. Had peppered steak, baked potato with a couple peaches while watching Jim Carrey, Improv. Amazing how they come up with what they do, so quickly.

7/20/11 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 182.6 lbs. this morning. Went with the peppered steak and potato again last night. Trying to eat every 2-3 hours the last couple days now. Before went for 5-6 hours, but snacked on crackers or fruit.

7/21/11 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 183.2 lbs this morning. Had ramen soup last night, don't know why I said,"Sounds good."

7/22/11 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 184.4 lbs, this morning. Had 2 hot dogs and macroroni salad from the local grocery store. Starting to see it's probably muscle I'm losing and not the fat. Run around last night playing basketball, so what to do?

7/25/11 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 185.2 lbs. this morning. Had steak with rice last night, but then went to Trader Joe's for some tortia chip I had also.

7/26/11 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 184.8 lbs. this morning. Had BBQ ribs and a baked potato, then some of those chips from Trader Joe's last night.

7/27/11 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 184.6 lbs. this morning. Had left over BBQ ribs with a baked potato last night. Snacked on more of the tortia chips while watching TV later on.

7/28/11 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 184.0 lbs. this morning. Had stir fried steak/onions with rice for dinner last night. Afterword did a walk around the neighborhood.

7/29/11 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 185.0 lbs. this morning. Had left over BBQ beef ribs with a large baked potato last night. Need to really get to the gym, because I'm paying for it more ways than one (((lol)))
