it's early, but plan on going to Big Bear Friday (need to wheel!!).
Well weighed 178.6 pounds this morning. Went to dinner with the family and had pork chop with rice. Working out tonight, I don't see my goal of 173.0 pounds happening this week (next week).
5/25/10 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in St 179.4 pounds. Had chilli with rice before going to the gym. Did not get to hit the tread mill as well as I wanted to, but lifted weights. 1 set of each back exercise machines high reps. Some of them are not made for human, lol.
5/26/10 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 176.4 pounds this morning. Had roast, potatoes and piece of bread for the left over broth. We did not get to the gym last night is why the big change in weight?
5/27/10 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 177.4 pounds this morning. Had left over roast and potatoes for dinner. Went to the gym and ran for a total of 6 minutes and walk the rest of 34. Got back home to some pinapple while watching "Transformers".
PS: plan on being in Big Bear by 9:30 tomorrow.
