Hope you all had a happy Easter and good Monday morning. Did not get to the dump, but found some great price reduction (90% off) at Expo Design Center. It was the last day and everything had to go, light fixtures, shelves, displays even the tiled counters. It was the first time I ever went to a close out sale, awesome experience.
Anyway, weighed in at 180.6(+4.0) pounds over the weekend. Going to an all you can eat buffet for the nephews birthday last night made this happen ;). I did even get to stick around for the cake, because having to drop my brother-in-law afterwards. He left for Paris, France for a couple weeks (lucky guy).
4/14/09 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 178.8(-1.8) pounds this morning. Had roastbeef and potatoes last night with a little workout. Help a friend load up his truck with modular shelving he bought at Expo Disign's Close'n Sale. He told me he is adding a room of sorts to his 2 car garage for a place to store things. He should rent mini storage spaces being so much nice shelving.
4/15/09 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 177.8(-1.0) pounds today. Had stir-fry steak with ramen noodles last night. Got the wife a new laptop, so little exercise other than the brain last night.
4/16/09 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 177.3(-0.3) pounds today. Had beef, potatoes for dinner and pop-corn while watching the news last night (Don't text and drive). Help my friend again load up his truck with crown molding he bought at Expo Design Center. It was windy and cold last night witch kept me move'n (LOL)
