As you all know, my memory is not up to snuff, so I do not remember were I wrote, "Forgiveness must be an art, I have a hard time doing it."
Over the weekend I went to this Closing Sale, for a friend that help me with a roof repair the weekend before. He was waiting for the doors to open sense 5:00 am Saturday morning, witch they opened at 10:00 am.
He got what he wanted plus got these shelves about 1600 sq. ft. that Expo Design Center was using to put stock of the ceiling fans.
Anyway, there was no way he was going to pick the shelving up that Saturday, so the manager said,"Come Monday at 7:00 am and we will open the doors for you and the others."
He was there all day and called me at work a couple times and again as I was driving over to see his progress. Well, he had the shelving all a part, but only a couple of pieces in his truck (LOL).
He introduced me to, well I simi-met this fellow in Saturday's rush. This guy seems familiar to me, like I have seen him on the Academy Awards recieving an Oscar for being a writer for movie.
I offended him by say something to about my trailer and he could borrow it if he takes it to the dump, maybe with his stuff. You could see it in his eyes that was not a nice or good thing to say.
My wife, will not let me buy second hand stuff. She really rather me buy everything new and maybe why we do not have a lot of things.
My Grandfather had everything and he had two, two car garages full to prove it. (My wife seen this).
Anyway back to this fellow, we had a few laughs while he help us load my friends truck and it was one loaded 1/2 ton pick-up. I pull out the iPhone to take a picture of the truck at the end.
His truck came and we help him with a couple heavy items he purchased and tied everything down.
They were needing direction how to get to Beverly Hills using surface streets, so I pulled out the iPhone to show how to get there. The fellow said,"Show off." kind of saying why I don't by second hand stuff. I asked,"What is your address?" and he laughs as said,"Oh noooo" I said,"Ok, what is your zip code" he said,"alright, 90210" then I said,"That sounds familiar..." he said,"yeah" I responded,"Maybe I lived there in my past life." Right then I could feel the forgiveness in him and we laughed.
