Well, just got word I am working half a day Saturday :). Pretty sure I am going to have to work on getting the garage and truck together the other half. Wife said to me last night,"Your not going to be able to sell your truck, are you?" She makes me feel good when she underestimates me and yet understands my desired wishes. She is so cute, she loaned me some money to buy the side rock slider (step up)
for she can get in it easier :).
Sunday, first thing go see mom at Holy Cross and give thanks for the beautiful daughter I married. Then do my grocery shopping for my lunches. Then I hop in the Jeep and take it out to Sleepy Valley just off Hwy 14 to Texas Canyon Rd. I haven't been out there for 25 years now. Had a K5 Blazer 4X4 I drove out there a lot, so I know the trails really well.
It's a nice 4 wheel trail for trying out the Jeep Rubicon. Basically it's a ridge ride up the mountain and back down Artesian Springs Rd. Then down to the Bouquet Resevoir. It's about a 3.5 hour round trip taking my time.
Later on take the wife out to do some more grocery shopping and meet up with the rest of the family. At that point we figure what we are all going to do for dinner.
