Guess

I did not get far in the garage, because 5 hours buying my "08"
Rubicon. Yeah how long has it been 2 or 3 months?

Anyway weighed in at 180.4 pounds this morning. Took the family out to
dinner to celebrate my new Jeep. Had white rice with a combination,
seafood, chicken and beef.

I don't think my weight is going down?

11/4/08 Good morning, weighed in at 180.6(+0.2) pounds this morning. Canned chicken noodle soup, always a weight gainer. Plan on going to the gym tonight after voting and turn this weight to muscle. :). It's all in the mind set, Arnold watch out!!!

11/5/08 Good morning, weighed in at 179.2(-1.2) pounds this morning. Had left over Chinese food from Sunday night. Went to the gym and Arnold has nothing to worry. Yep, the shoulder is giving me problems again. After the hurt was over,I got on the treadmill for 40 minutes, the injury could be a blessing for my weight lose.

11/6/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.6(-1.6) pounds this morning. Had oatmeal/cran-raisens last night, then later cottage cheese with pineapple. Just sat around last night making up a wish list for the Jeep :). Tonight plan on ordering some side rock bars, for to step up into the Jeep. Also go to the gym and maybe a hair cut. Were does the time go?

11/7/08 Good morning, weighed in at 178.4(+0.8) pounds this morning. Had chilli and rice last night, then took off to the gym. I hit the weights and worked out with compound exercises. I new my weight was going to be heavier this morning, "Its pure muscle" yeah right :).

11/8/08 Good morning, weighed in at 180.0(+1.6) pounds this morning. I was asking for it, had can of chicken noodle soup and added white rice instead of crackers. Then well watching a DVD, I ate buttered popcorn. Working in the garage till 7:00(2 hrs.) I thought it would be OK, wrong!!!
