Good morning, I ate something bad Friday night. So Saturday after working half the day I went home and did little things around the house.
Sunday did the same thing as usual in the morning and shopped around for tires for my wifes car. Went to a friends house and finished waxing my car for the first time sense I painted it.
He is a computer programmer, so I spoke to him about writing up a game idea I have (Dragon and the Gargoyle). He just rolled his eyes and said something to the effect, "You know how much work that would be?" I will have to finish this up later with him. He really don't like games, so this might be a tough sale. I have a little programing experience and big idea of how a game should work (LOL). To sit down and start the program, no clue.
Weighed in this morning at 179.6 pounds. I can't help it, I like a good soup on a cool evening and nope, I did not finish the broth :). I have learned the hard way. Still trying to keep the weight down to 173 lb., with going to the gym in mind.
10/21/08 Good morning, weighed in at 178.6(-1.0) pounds this morning. Had salmon and a large green salad last night to celebrate our 242nd wedding anniversary. Plan on going to the gym tonight, but need to get a smog check done first. You all have a good day :).
10/22/08 Good morning, weighed in at 178.6 pounds again this morning. Went with the Progreso Chicken Noodle soup last night. I was so tired at the end of the day yesterday I just rested when I got home. Tonight the gym, after I have my wifes tires replaced on her car ($101.00 each).
10/23/08 Good morning, weighed in at 178.8 (+0.2) pounds this morning. Canned stew is what I had last night for dinner. When I was having the tires put on my wifes car I shopped for Pink's new album. Think I was a day early, but got Buddy Guy's, Skin Deep CD and Rush's Chronical DVD. I the way in to work I was listening to Buddy Guy and so far the 2nd and 6th track are my favorites (only got to the 6th). Oh went to the gym last night and lifted with major muscle groups (legs, chest).
10/24/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.2(-1.6) pounds this morning. Had oatmeal/cran-raisens last night and some pop corn while watching Hard Target with Jean Claud Van Damme. :)
