Birthday

On my birthday and went to work. Did a lot of driving looking for myself the Jeep I wanted, but did not find. We are just going to wait for the "09"s. I believe I went to 5 different Jeep dealerships in the South Bay. There was a couple that merged or closed up shop (scary).

Got to listen to my neighbor and his band late Saturday night (really good). He or they really put on a great show, with even light and smoke effects. Pretty impressive the music composition with just three artist. I think I am going to have to find some of Rush DVD's now.

Weighed in at 178.2(+5.2 pounds above goal), this morning. Went out to dinner last night to celebrate my birthday and had combination stirfry noodleslast night. Did not eat all of it, but had egg rolls as well. Tonight don't plan on doing any exercise, but do plan on piecing more of the truck together to move/sell. Wife won't let me keep 3 vehicles for myself. No, we just don't have the room (LOL)

10/14/08 Good morning, weighed in at 180.6(+7.6 pounds above my goal), this morning. Had a quite birthday dinner at home that my babe made. It was salmon with a salad and later I had a box of Famous Amos Cookies (LOL). "It was my birthday" was my excuse and I feel them this morning. Might not get a chance to go to the gym tonight. My brother in law is flying out to New York and may need a ride to LAX.

10/15/08 Good morning, weighed in at 180.4(+7.4 pounds above my gaol), this morning. Last night went with the trusty oatmeal with banana. We did go to the gym last night and the wife said I have muscle she can feel :).

10/16/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.4(+4.4 pounds above my goal), this morning. Had oatmeal/cran-raisens last night and watched Break Point last night without eating anything else. We plan on going to the gym tonight, so I figure the same weight tomorrow morning?

10/17/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.6(+4.6 pounds above goal), this morning. Had oatmeal/banana last night with some cottage cheese when we got back from the gym. Did some incline bench and up wright rows and feeling my shoulder telling me," that was not a good idea" (LOL, ouch!)

10/18/08 Good morning, weighed in at 179.0(+6.0 pounds above goal), this morning. Went with chili and beans last night. Watched some TV and had some grapes. Feeling it this morning (Saturday) at work
