Good morning

This morning the clouds are out in full force.

Well had a pretty good weekend, ate and drinked a lot. Friend and I were trying out his new blenders. I say blenders, because he has $900.00 worth and he could not figure out witch one to keep, so he kept them both (LOL). He was mixing up some Vodka/ice drinks with fresh fruits and even tried a piece of chocolate with fresh strawberries (different). Yesterday was a pretty relaxing day.

This morning weighed in at 177.4 pounds. This is pretty sad when I had oatmeal last night for dinner. My babe told me we were having Salmon and rice tonight, so that won't be to heavy around the belt?

9/23/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.4(0.0)pounds this morning. Last night had the salmon and rice for dinner. Later on while watching the Hotel Rwanda movie I had a peach. Maybe tonight, might go to the gym and have oatmeal/honey for my dinner. Still working towards 169 lb. goal, so that's -8.4 lb. to go. ;).

9/24/08 Good morning, weighed in at 176.0(-1.4)pounds this morning. Had oatmeal/honey for dinner last night. The Babe and I went to the gym last night for about 1/2 hour. I only stayed on the eliptiglider for only 5 minutes, but the shoulder held up better than the whole body did (LOL). Later on had some cottage cheese and grapes when we got home.

9/25/08 Good morning, weighed in at 176.8(+0.8)pounds this morning. I had oatmeal/honey for dinner last night with cottage cheese and grapes later on in the evening. This is a mistake I made during the day by eating more. It was like I was always hungery, so I had a lot of the Club Crackers as a snack throughout yesterday. Tonight, back to the gym (lol).

9/26/08 Good morning weighed in at 175.2(-1.6)pounds this morning. I had the oatmeal/honey again and later had cottage cheese with a peach. Went to the gym last night did, treadmill 10min, eliptiglider 5min, walked the track 20min and did sit-ups in between each of thoughs exersices. I was working that 1.6 pounds off, now not to be gorging on the food supply today.

9/27/08 Good morning, weighed in at 174.8(-0.4)pounds this morning. I had the oatmeal/cran-raisens and again later had cottage cheese with a peach. While watching the movie Heat, I got a little hungry with all the excitement (LOL). Have a good weekend and don't eat to much. The wife just text me to tell me the family wants to go out to dinner tonight and yes this is not good for the diet. I always have next week!!!
