Serves me right

Weighed in this morning at 177.0 pounds. I really was just eating, just to eat this weekend. For example yesterday, with my Father-in-law and wife, I went to McDonald's twice and scarfed. In the morning I ate two sausage/egg mcmuffins with hash browns and went back and had a load of french fries for lunch.
I started this "oatmeal in the evening diet" at 184 pounds, three weeks ago and lost 7 pounds. That's pretty good considering my latter weekend of eating, no exercise. Tonight the wife and I plan to walk it off, but I am not even thinking/hoping of weighing in on my low of 174.6 pounds by tomorrow morning.

5/20/08 Good morning, weighed in at 175.6 pounds this morning. Had oatmeal/honey for dinner and went off to Low's for some plants afterwards. LOL, bought 28 total and planted, maybe 14. I am so sore, gardening is a exercise I didn't know of until I got up this morning :).

5/21/08 Good morning, weighed in at 175.2 pounds this morning. Had oatmeal/honey last night and pretty much sat in the house cleaning out some old floppy disks I had no more use for.

5/22/08 Oh yeah good morning, weighed in at 174.0 pounds. (reached the -10 pound mark) Went with the oatmeal/honey, but only used one table spoon instead of the usual two. It was windy last night, so I haven't planted the rest of the flowers yet. Getting my nerve up to finish it up tonight, still feeling the past plantings :).

5/23/08 Yes, three day weekend and weighed in at 173.4 pounds this morning! Had oatmeal/banana last night and it is raining/sprinkling this morning. The planting is going to have to weight :).

5/27/08 Good morning, Hope you had a good weekend. Myself (boooo), weighing in this morning at 177.4 (+4.0) pounds. What can I say, I ate good, with no excercise. Tonight back to the oatmeal and if the weather is good put in those flowers.

5/28/08 Good morning, weighed in this morning at 175.0 pounds. I pigged out on cherries, so much that it upset my stomach and that was all I ate. We finished planting the flowers last night and that was my exercise. I would like to do a walk or bicycle ride tonight, but not really sure at this time.

5/29/08 Good morning, weighed in this morning at 173.6 pounds. My wife and I walked 40 minutes last night, it good to get back to the house, I ate oatmeal/raisins right before the walk. Tonight eating breaded salmon with a salad, but use lemon as a salad dressing. We will see if this is going to hurt my weight lose soon enough :).

5/30/08 Good morning, weighed in this morning at 173.0 pounds. Hoping tomorrow will put me down another pound ;). Had the breaded salmon and salad last night not expecting to lose any weight at all, nice surprise. I am going to try to push it tonight and go for a bicycle ride to Marina Del Ray. Last ride I just ran out of energy, we will see?

5/31/08 Good morning, weighed in at 174.0 pounds. I ate the breaded salmon, salad with dressing and boiled potato with butter. It was windy and the job I'm working on right now is back breakng.
