12/7/10 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 181.0 lbs. this morning. Had to finish off the roastbeef and the BBQ potato chips last night while watching Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory.
12/8/10 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 178.8 lbs. this morning. Had oatmeal/ cran-raisens last night with an Asian pear while watching TV last night.
12/9/10 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 178.0 lbs. this morning. Just had sandwich. Just trying to eat in moderation, these days.
12/10/10 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 179.0 lbs. this morning. That I did well with the choice of red snapper, boiled potatoes and yogurt while watching "Second Hand Lion." Could be starving myself the day before made it happen this way today :|
12/13/10 Good Monday morning, weighed in at 180.6 lbs. this morning. Ordered a small chowmain and they gave me a large instead. What can I say,"It was all good."
12/14/10 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 179.6 lbs. this morning. Had red snapper, potatoe and some grapes last night while watching Mariah Carey's Chrismas Special :)
12/15/10 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 178.8 this morning. Went with the chilli and crackers with a bowl of ice cream while watching "Crazy Heart." Brought back memories of my father the way he lived. The limping he and Bad Blake had really stirred up emotions. He wrote a few songs I believe my brother is holding :)
12/16/10 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 179.6 lbs. this morning. Had the wife's homemade soup and small bowl of ice cream. Whole new meaning, "Soup for the Soul," because almost everytime I eat it I pack it on.
12/17/10 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 178.6 lbs. this morning. Had oatmeal/honey, small bowl of ice cream and Doritos chips while watching Viotet.
PS: The tear for life has been seen on screen already (rats).
