Well staying home has it benny's like my weight being 178.0 pounds this morning. Had salmon and veggies last night with no snacking. My babe bought a grill for the stove. The grilled salmon was so yummy I just didn't want to ruin it with snacks.
3/2/10 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 179.2. Had oatmeal/honey with a full length French roll over the course of the night. Also, I was up at 2:00 am and had a glass of milk.
We were talking of walking, but the weather is to cold by the time my wife gets off work this week.
3/3/10 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 177.8 pounds. Had salmon and veggies with some blueberries for a snack later on after playing some guitar.
3/4/10 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 177.8 again this morning. Had a green salad and snacked on Dried Pies, Sunflower Seeds, Peanuts and small bag of Popcorn. Only if I would not had the Popcorn!!!
3/5/10 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 177.6 pounds this morning. Had grilled Salmon with veggies last night, but also munched on some sort of wheat cracker with sessemy seeds. (Very good crackers)
