2nd week

One of my favorites pictures of Zion National Park, UT. If you haven't been go and bring extra tennis shoes for hiking. We try to get out there every other year, but would like to go mid October next time.

Not a very good start on my weight control. Weighed 185.6 pounds this morning, because of a Birthday cake? We had a birth to celebrate and the choice of food was, "7 Kinds of Beef" Right now having toast and a cup of milk to take down these back pain pills.

Tonight(Monday) had chili and crackers for dinner. Just weighed myself in at 186.4 pounds and I think I'm the same as last week. Looking forward to a restless nights sleep, to burn it away by morning.

1/12/10 Good Tuesday morning. Weighed in at 183.0 pounds this morning, with good nights sleep ;). Backs feeling better, so thinkng about taking a walk after dinner tonight. My Babe, pre-cooked a porkchop with some rice for tonight as well.

1/13/10 Good Wednesday morning. Weighed in at 183.4 punds this rainie morning. Did not get the walk in last night, because my new house bathroom sink got stopped up. Freaking grout from the sub contractors (grrrr).

Update; Did not think about walking tonight. Had other things to do and just finished a bowl of oatmeal with honey. Weighed myself just now to 187.6 pounds.

1/15/10 Wow, what happened to my Thursday post? Anyway I weighed in at 181.4 pounds this morning. Think I will do a bicycle ride this Sunday. This way it will get me off to a good start next Monday.
