Well we are into week 30 and hope you all had a great weekend. Again I had Monday off, so to gain more weight to take off this week.
Weighed in this morning at 179.6 pounds. Had BBQ chicken and tomato based, stir-fry elbow noodles. It was a heavy day yesturday, breakfast and lunch.
7/29/09 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 179.0(0.6) pounds this morning. Had a BBQ porkchop, corn, sliced tomatoes and a dill pickle. I had cherries while watching, "Pimp my Ride". Yes, I watched other shows, but this one was special. They did it for a guy that tutors others and he wanted to leave a better impression with his car on the student. (This really got me thinking...)
7/30/09 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 177.4(1.6) pounds this morning. I had cherry tomatoes, pickle and aired pop-corn last night. Think putting the new seat covers burned some calories.
7/31/09 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 178.2(0.8) pounds this morning. Had porkchop, white rice, fresh tomatoes and a piece of cheese later on.
Watched Pink's all out last night and it almost has me thinking of building up my 59' pickup.
