I ate so much over the weekend and I was just talking to my wife about
this very thing. Saturday, I spent half the day talking and eating at a all-you-can-eat buffet. It was really nice way to remember a family member.
Anyway, weighed in at 181.6(3.6)pounds this Monday morning. Had a small bowl of chicken soup.
7/21/09 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 179.0(1.6) pounds this morning. Had a green salad, watermellon, pickle and a piece of cheese. I am feeling the extra weight, witch is good.
7/22/09 Good Wednesday afternoon, weighed in at 178.2(0.8) pounds this morning(crazy workday). Had oatmeal/honey last night and when I got back from landlording duty I had a mango with watermellon. Tonight still need to paint living room and kitchen ceilings(good exercise?).
7/23/09 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 177.2(1.0) pounds this morning. Had pop-corn and a mango last night. It was so hot I didn't feel like eating, but had a lot of water. (Painting last night helped :).
7/24/09 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 177.6(0.4) pounds this morning. I had a couple turkey dogs late last night(8:30) after a walk with my wife. Ate a pickle and a piece of cheese earlier, why the late mini meal. Obviously not a good habbit if you are wanting to loose weight.
