Week 28

Work is slow, so I had another nice 3 day weekend. Assembled a BBQ, with an oil change and tire rotation on the Jeep at 10,000 miles.

Anyway, weighed in this Tuesday morning at 180.6 pounds. Had BBQ ribs with a green salad last night. Tonight plan on working on another layer of joint compound, so that will burn some calories. If anything I will melt it off, because it's already 76 degrees this morning.

7/15/09 Good Wednesday afternoon, weighed in at 182.4(1.8) pounds this morning. Ate leftover BBQ ribs, with a green salad. Later chocolate bar and pop-corn last night, while watching,"How to lose a guy in ten day's". I know it's old, but it had a lot of funny parts. Getting him to wear matching pink shirts to a basketball game (my wife,not pink), was so funny to me.

7/16/09 Good Thursday late afternoon, weighed in at 179.8(2.6) pounds this morning. Had oatmeal/cran-raisens last night. Later had a few Hi-Ho's and a peach. Worked late last night on the ceiling and got it all starting to look nice. The tenant is so funny, she asked if I was going to paint it too? LOL. A while back I asked her to stop jumping around and those wall cracks wont be happening.(She's 92)

7/17/09 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 178.0(1.8) pounds this morning. Had a BBQ rib and green salad, with a nectarine after our 45 minute walk.
