Week 27

Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 179.4 (1.0) pounds this morning. Had oatmeal/cran-raisins and pop-corn last night. What can I say other than it was a holiday.

7/8/09 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 180.4(1.0) pounds. Had chips & salsa with coconut jello later. Plan on working this off tonight with some drywall repair. Need to start drinking more water than coffee is another issue.

7/9/09 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 181.0(0.6) pounds this morning. I had a porkchop and rice late last night with popcorn on top of that. Drywalling till 7:00 pm, can really work up an appetite. Tonight going to see how my back is and maybe play some basketball.

7/10/09 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 178.6(1.4) pounds. Had oatmeal/honey, a banana and some air popped pop-corn. I was doing the microwave pop-corn before (oily).
