Week 13

Good Monday morning, had a pretty nice weekend of doing nothing, but recovering over the cold. Had a "Cold Buster" at Jamba Juice that may have finished the cold off late Saturday afternoon.

Yesterday, went to Holy Cross to give,"thank's for living" :) Did a lot of planning for a roof repair, next weekend. Also had a few shots to many of Jack Daniel's and feeling it this morning. "The roof repair will be easy." I was telling myself (lol), but today I could hear me saying next weekend "oh boy, what did I get myself into"

Anyway weighed in at 180.0(+3.2) pounds this morning. Think the drinking, pizza and soup must have had something to do with the weight gain. The truth will show up tomorrow and plan on drinking a lot of water today at work.

3/31/09 Good Tuesday morning, weighed in at 179.6(-0.4) today. Had a cup-noodles, pop-corn and some grapes last night. Worked on deburring my light project, in the garage last night. Did not realize how hard it was to remove the sharp edges inside the box. Were would be the fun if there was an easier way?

4/1/09 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 179.0(-0.6) pounds today. Made myself Top Ramen, steak and spinach soup last night. Went to the Target store here in Manhattan Beach and got the blue tortia chips. That lead me to the local restraunt afterwards to pick up some salsa and had that last night as well. Thought my weight would be up because of eating so much. Maybe all the walking/shopping helped or it could be a "April Fools" on me.

4/2/09 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 177.6(-2.4) pounds today. Had two turkey dogs, the tortia chips, salsa and grapes last night. I had a lot of water to drink yesterday.

4/3/08 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 178.6(+1.0) pounds today :( Had the turkey dogs, the tortia chips and the grapes without any salsa. I was just to lazy to go get the salsa from the fridge. I think the walk to the fridge and the spicey salsa makes the difference in my weight lose, but in this case gain!!
