Week 10



Good Tuesday morning, hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Got the friends brakes fixed, but did not get to leveling the Jeep yet. Stayed home yesterday with my sweetheart and put shelf-paper in the kitchen. Went to the Jamba Juice in Passadena and then went on up to Mount Wilson to watch the sunset. It would have been a nice veiw with the city of Los Angeles in the foreground , but we got clouded in once at the top.

Anyway, weighed in at 178.4(-1.6) pounds this morning. Had a couple turkey dogs and chips last night. We ended up doing a walk around the neighborhood last night for exercise. Thinking we have enough daylight to start walking on a regular basis again. Have a great day :)

3/11/09 Good Wednesday morning, weighed in at 178.6(+0.2) pounds today. I had a couple turkey dogs late last night, after my wife and I walked. Tonight, I think I will go with the oatmeal/honey before we exercise. Oooops, had red grapes even later on, last night.

3/12/09 Good Thursday morning, weighed in at 177.4(-1.2) pounds today :). I went with oatmeal/honey before my wife took another walk around the neighborhood. I was reading on the net about drinking water curves the craving to snack. Yesturday started drinking 8 onces of water every hour. Still drinking coffee in the morning, but had a glass of water before I started drinking the coffee. Have a good day :)

3/13/09 Good Friday morning, weighed in at 179.2(+1.8) pounds today. Had a couple turkey dogs, asian pear, bisscotti cookie and buttered pop-corn. hmmm, jotting this down this way makes it sound like I scarft without even a walk? I did get with my friend and jammed on the guitar last night. I will make it up tonight, but won't be posting it because I want a little life (hehehe). Look for God's Love today and be Thankful (eg. smiles)
