Well holidays over and the weight damage isn't that bad, 181.6 pounds. I started out posting my weight at 184 lbs. Tonight going back to the oatmeal!! Last night had dinner out with the family and had chow main with shrimp.
Up graded( latest version) the iPhone over the holiday and it starting to place the picture, from net were I want. Thinking, it could be bloggers up grade also. Have a good day :)

1/6/09 Good morning, weighed in at 181.8(+0.2)pounds this morning. Maybe I had more damage than first thought (LOL). Had oatmeal/honey last night with grapes later while watching "Rock Star" with Mark Wahlberg and Jennifer Aniston. Good movie, my friend told me about it and now I see why!! We were going to Santa Fe Swapmeet for a while listening to tribute bands. It was new to me listening to live music, so I drove out there quite a bit. I only got half way through the movie, but I can imagine a sequel.
PS: Had vegetable wheat thins (new) and that might be the reason for the weight gain. I was thinking that the holiday meals was catching up with me (lol).
1/7/09 Good morning, weighed in at 180.0(-1.8) pounds this morning. I had oatmeal/cran-raisins last night and some grapes while finish watching "Rock Star" last night.
I was thinking about not eating for twelve hours everyday and see if that would move things along better. All I am talking about here is the grapes or some other time of snack here. On second thought, maybe not. Have a good day :).
1/8/09 Good morning, weighed in this morning at 181.2(+1.2) pounds. I had breakfast and 4 cups of coffee at 3:00ish before I hit the scale. Woke up to a dream of two people walking backward towards me, then asking myself why kept me wide awake (lol). Got up made a pot of coffee, ate and played guitar until time to go to work.
1/9/09 Good morning, weighed in at 179.6(-1.6) pounds this morning. Went to the Galleria here in Redondo Beach with my wife. Had a slice of pizza and garlic bread at there food court.
What is it with woman and cloths? My wife bought an Ugg scarf and she was so happy with it. Eve must have known what she was doing back then and I just soak it up like a sponge Have a good day :).
