Weighed in at 179.8 pounds this morning. Had a three piece meal at El Polo loco and about everything else during the weekend (LOL).
Tonight plan on taking a couple of friends out for some Japanese food.
At least I am monitoring my weight and working UP to Thanksgiving?
11/25/08 Good morning, weighed in at 180.2(+0.4) pounds this morning. I new what to expect with dinner out with a couple friends. We went to Tokyo Wako, at Pine Circle Dr. in Long Beach. After eating we took a walk on the pier that looked out to the Queen Mary. I did not know that Long Beach had done all the renovation of the harbor area, very nice.
