Pretty much got to do what I would "like to" over the weekend(buy shoes and Jeep dealer).
Late yesterday on the way back home I stopped and was checking out the financing on the Jeep in Ventura. Low behold they had the 2 door (above), but I want there 4 door now. I am still talking to my wife about when, it's funny "and I need a place to park it..." is the direction it went.
I have also changed my goal on my weight, because we have started going to the gym I am going to settle for 173 pounds. I know I have been there and I can keep it there.
Weighed in this morning 178.8(+5.8)pounds above my goal, this morning. I had a pretty big Breakfast yesterday with a friend I was helping with a transmission. Pretty much went until 3:00pm with out eating anything, then went to McDonald's for the Flay-O-Fish meal. Got home and couldn't stop munching on chips and salsa, fresh French Bread and of course a avacodo.(LOL, the why of it)
10/7/08 Good morning, weighed in at 179.0(+6.0 pounds above my goal), this morning. My sweetheart was making soup for her family and... that is what I had (ban' can). We plan on going to the gym tonight to change this direction I'm headed. The irregular eating times needs to stop, because I fined myself eating to much at one time right now.
10/8/08 Good morning, weighed in at 179.0(+6.0 pounds above my goal), this morning. Had oatmeal/cran-raisens for dinner last night. After the gym had a banana and cottage cheese. I can't believe my weight stayed the same as yesterday. There is like a delayed reaction going on with me working out. It can't be my eating habits? LOL
10/9/08 Good morning, weighed in at 178(+5.0 pounds above my goal), this morning. Had cottage cheese and a plum last night. We plan on going to the gym tonight, but that does not promise weight lose, I have learned.
10/10/8 Good morning, weighed in at 178(+5.0 pounds above again), this morning. Had oatmeal/cran-raisen last night and after the workout at the gym I had an avacodo. Started lifting heavier, the weight could be muscle (LOL).
10/11/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.2(+4.2 pounds above my goal), this morning. Went to Huntington Beach and had a berrie yougart last night. They had the Jeep but it was second hand and that isn't what my wife wanted for me :).
