Oh my diet
This so called diet I have been working with is basically, what I eat after 4:00 pm. I eat whatever I want during the mornings and afternoons, but at night is what I post here. I've found I can lose weight with this method and stay away from soups other than a cold. ;).
This morning I weighed in at 177.8 pounds. It of course after a weekend and really did not surprise me. Last night didn't get to meet up with the family for dinner together, like I thought was going to happen. My sweetheart and I ended up eating frozen yogurt in Westminister, CA.. They charge by weight, with the amount of topping and yogurt you can put in your cup. I guess I am getting better at it because now I pay $6.00 a serving, was averaging $5.00.
PS; I am going for a change from Oatmeal Diet to just Diet and if it's really that. I just watch what I eat after 4:00pm, simply put.
9/16/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.4(-0.4)pounds this morning. Went with Turkey dogs, dill pickles, sharp chedder cheese and later on had a couple yellow peaches as I watch Leathal Weapon 2. Relaxing night :)
9/17/08 Good morning, weighed in at 176.0(-1.4)pounds this morning. Went with a small beef/noodle soup last night for dinner. Haven't exercised for a while, so my honey and I are talking about going to the gym again. She thinks 3 times a week, but at night instead of our usual morning. "Thursday night then", I said (LOL) her responce,"Ok!"
9/18/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.4(+1.4)pounds this morning. Ate 2 turkey dogs on a bun and a peach later. I know the scale is messed up(LOL). No, yesterday mornng had a breakfast borrito with bacon and a lot of cheese (yummy). PS; The iPhone spell check wanted to spell out, "gummy" isn't that the truth(LOL). Tonight plan on going to the gym to try my body on the Elliptiglider.
9/19/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.0(-0.4)pounds this morning. Late last night had a couple Turkey dogs on a bun and that was it other than a cup of juice. We did not get to the gym last night, plumming problem happened unexpectedly and I still did not get it. Not sure when we will get to the gym (LOL).
9/20/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.2(+0.2)pounds this morning. Had canned soup and crackers last night. Just asking to be heavier!!
