Pretty good weekend did everything except the oil change on my wifes car and a bicycle ride, because the weather wasn't....
These are the before weekend and after of the truck. I am thinking about this economy and going ahead and dropping a new 350 motor in it. Buy axles and transfer case to make this my 4x4. I could really put as big a tire as I want then.
9/29/08 Good morning, weighed in at 179.0(+4.2)pounds this morning. I had way to much to eat over the weekend. Last night I was munching on egg rolls waiting for the rest of the family, so we could go to dinner together. And you would be able to guess what we had because of my weight gain, SOUP!!!!
PS; Not that you can see it now, but I needed to correct the dates(29th&30th).
9/30/08 Good morning, weighed in at 176.6(-2.4)pounds this morning. I just had some cottage cheese and a avocado last night. Tell yeah I just did not feel like eating anything until 7:30 last night. The shoulder is feeling fine and tonight we plan on going into the gym. Maybe lose another quick 2 pounds when I eat oatmeal tonight? LOL
10/1/08 Good morning, weighed in this morning at 177.0(+0.4)pounds this morning. I had oatmeal/cran-raisens for dinner last night and after going to the gym I had 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese with avocado. The workout in the gym was a little heavier, I worked the back/lats a couple different ways and this could be the reasoning for the weight gain?
10/2/08 Good morning, weighed in at 176.8(-0.2)pounds this morning. Had a smaller than usual soup and did not touch the broth, it is hard not to. Went out and rented Speed Racer last night ($5.40). I had a couple avacodo's and cottage cheese while watching the movie.
I am really wondering about the outcome of this diet and weight lifting. The weight lose, just is not consistent sense I have started lifting. My Babe/wife and I plan on going tonight. I plan on lifting more and try to strengthen my shoulder. I might have to ask a women if I could use the tricep machine (she thinks it's a lounge chair, LOL). The tricep to shoulder is really weak and I really need be stricked, light and careful. You have a good day and be careful also.
10/3/08 Friday morning weighed in at 176.6(-0.2)pounds. Just had cottage cheese and watermelon when we got home from the gym last night. Had a pretty tough morning, so far today. Maybe it is because I did not eat enough last night. Wish you a better one than I had ;).
10/4/08 Good morning, weighed in at 178.2(+1.2)pounds this morning. Went to McDonalds and have the Angus Meal with a side order of salad. Pretty busy last night, got some salsa and tortia chip to go with a new movie I bought at the Target store. It must have been one of the first movies Charlie Sheen was in. Can't remember the title, but he is a thief and into stealing Porches.
