8/11/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.8 pounds this morning. I thought I was doing good with my weight that I could have lunch at Chipotle. I had oatmeal and raisens for dinner. The burrito, chips, salsa and coke was to much yesterday. Tonight, the wife is talking BBQ Ribs with rice (we''ll see, LOL)
8/12/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.0 pounds this morning. Did ate the barbeque ribs, but had a green salad instead of rice. My memory is so bad, I told my wife I lost 1.6 pounds from yesterday. Plan on do a 40 minute walk tonight.
8/13/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.2 pounds this morning. I had left over BBQ ribs with mashed potatoes last night. You know those ribs tasted better the second night. I plan on doing a bicycle ride to Marina Del Ray tonight. Update 5:00 pm not going to have enough time to do the ride, it's Friday evening then. At least I can walk 40 minutes to lose at least 3 pounds by the end of the week, I put on ;).
8/14/08 Good morning, weighed in at 175.0 pounds this morning. I went with the trusted oatmeal and honey for dinner last night. Tonight plan on doing some planting in the front yard for exersice. Sure hope the gardener comes through and pulls the old plants out. It's not that there dying, just the opposite (to tall).
8/15/08 Good morning, weighed in at 174.2 this morning. Had oatmeal and raisens for dinner last night. Plan on doing the bicycle ride tonight for another pound off :).
8/16/08 Good morning, weighed in at 174.6 pounds this morning. I made the mistake of eating dinner after the bike ride. It's the only thing I did different. (thinking)
8/18/08 Good morning, wieghed in at 177.4 pounds this morning. Went to a newborns birthday party last night and it was held at a all-you-can-eat places. I woke up this morning not feeling like eating breakfast at all. I was told that those places are not very healthy, why? :))
8/19/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.4 pounds this morning. I felt like chips and salsa last night, so I did that and watched some of the Olympics. I say some, because I am in bed normally by 9:00pm (9:30pm last night)
8/20/08 Good morning, weighed in at 175.6 pounds this morning. Had a piece of bread, nectarine and salsa with chips. Yep, you got it while watching some one else do the exercising on TV.
8/21/08 Good morning, weighed in at 175.0 pounds this morning. I went with the trusted oatmeal and cran-raisens last night. Watched the Olympics and ate some Pringels chips. Wow, haven't eaten those chip in a while and the oil in them are like the french fry. Tonight just plan on walking for some exercise this week.
8/22/08 Good morning, weighed in at 174.8 pounds. Had oatmeal/cran-raisen, tortia chips and apple pie. Went to the market to pick up some fresh coffee beans and seen the pie on the way, last night. In moderation I beleive dessert is a good thing, as long as it don't go to your.... Anyway did the walk last night, hint the -0.2 pounds LOL and plan on doing a bicycle ride tonight. (haven't finished the pie yet)
8/23/08 Good morning, weighed in at 175.8 pounds this morning. I had the oatmeal/cran-raisens for dinner and did a 60 minute walk with my wife afterwards. The problem I see is the eating after exercising, (pie, tortia chips and salsa (+1 lb.) and then going to bed.
