There was a day way back (two weeks), when I peddled to Balona Creek bridge. This was the reward I had gotten for my two hour ride.
Anyway this morning I weighed in at 177.2 pounds. The weekends are killer, as far as eating for me. The wife and I finally finished the apple pie last night, but again after we did a 40 minute walk around the neighbor hood. Exercise after eating, but don't exercise, then eat and then go to bed. "I am really going to loose this 8 lb. and keep it at 173 lb. max." I tell myself, LOL
This is going to be good, barbaqued beef ribs tonight. (Moderation, moderation) I'll work in the garage to work it off, yeah that's what I'll do. When you are married your life is not your own. You think this is why so many single people out there right now? Hay, I like the ribs!
8/26/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.0 (-0.2) pounds this morning. Had the beef ribs with a green salad last night and mango later while I was watching TV. No exercise last night, just organizing the garage a little more from my weekend. My wife and I plan on a 40 minute walk, maybe longer tonight.
8/27/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.0 (0.0) pounds again this morning. Again beef ribs with a green salad last night and went for a walk with the wife. Her family lives close buy, so we stopped buy and said hello to everybody :). I really did not feel the burn that I should have for a 40 minute walk, divided by 2. (smiles)
8/28/08 Busy day, weighed in at 175.6 (-1.4) pounds this morning. Had the oatmeal/cran-raisin last night. While watching the TV I had a mango. Tonight I will probably do the samething, but look for the Pink Slip for the old truck. I haven't seen it in years and we moved two years ago to make it even harder to find. :).
8/29/08 Good morning, weighed in at 176.0 (+0.4) pounds this morning. I had the oatmeal/ cran-raisin again, but no exercise last night. My wife and I plan on walking tonight.
9/3/08 Hello had a great 4 day Labor Day weekend. Any how, weighed in at 176.0 (0.0) pounds this morning. Not bad considering everything I ate. You ever try Passion Berry Yogurt Stores, it's the best thing over the weekend we did? It's a help yourself yogurt stand with fresh fruit for the toppings and yes they have the candy toppings as well. You pay buy the weight, so if you don't feel like eating to much you don't pay to much ($5, for mine).
9/5/08 Good morning, weighed in at 176.8 (+0.8)pounds this morning. I had chicken soup last night with poatato chips. I have been sick with a cold and haven't felt like eating much, but things like soup sticks with you. Good stuff in times like these ;).
9/8/08 Good morning, weighed in at 179.2 (+2.4)pounds this morning. It was no surprise, because of all the soups I had over the weekend. Still feeling this cold- scratchy throat, but better than the last couple days. Tonight get to work on sprinklers of all things ;).
9/9/08 Good morning, weighed in at 180.02 (+1.0) pounds this morning. I can't believe that this increase shocked me! Yes, I ate soup last night, but I didn't finish the broth. I think I need to drink more orange juice and take more vitamins.

9/11/08 Welp morning, weighed in at 177.0 (-1.8) pounds this morning. Welp, I did not do anything different than yesterday, but just ate the meat, potatoes, cabbage and carrots. All the soup just takes a while to get out of the system I am seeing. Tonight, going back to the oatmeal and a 40 minute walk. Feeling a lot better from the cold and started taking "1 a Day" vitamins as well.
9/12/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.0 (0.0) pounds this morning. I had oatmeal/cran-raisins last night. I munched on some Jack Fruit Chips and fresh mango, also. I didn't get to go for a walk last night, being carful not to have a relaps of the cold. Playing guitar and do the things I needed to do around the house made it to late for a walk.
9/13/08 Good morning, weighed in at 177.4 (+0.4) pounds this morning. Had soup and crackers last night, no surprise. Have a good weekend.
