I am back



Good Monday morning, I am back to the norm I believe. Slept pretty good the last couple nights. The family is talking about going back to Vietnam next year, but I think I will pass. Told the wife I would like to take a drive up toward Vancouver, Canada next vacation. The truth is I don't want to get on a plane again for a while. Fourteen hours was a little to much for me to be jumping back on it again next year.

Anyway, I weighed in at 174.7 pounds this morning. I really haven't been eating dinners sense I got back to Los Angeles. Last night just ate some Cheeze-it crackers and red grapes. Just been watching TV and trying not to fall asleep with little exercise to speak of. Oh, did some gardening last night, but nothing back breaking.

7/22/08 Good morning, weighed in at 174.4 this morning. Basically munched on the Cheez-it's and grapes again. Last night sat at the computer pretty much, no exercising. I still can not get my iPhone synced to my computer. I still am wanting to edit the video I shot in Vietnam and post it here, but got side tracked.

7/23/08 Good morning, weighed in at 174.4 again this morning. The wife is trying to get be on regular meals again. Last night I had a piece of chicken, rice and some green vegetables. Again did not do any exercise, just looked over bills and paid the ones that needed to be paid. Noticed my home computer monitor is not what it should be. (Needs to be upgraded big time)

7/24/08 Good morning, weighed in at 174.4 again this morning. Now I am wonder if the scale got stuck,LOL. Last night I just munched again on sharp cheese, plain crackers and mango. The wife and I went for a 40 minute walk last night around the neighborhood. I am thinking about doing the bicycle ride to Marina Del Ray tonight. I think the sunset is around 8:00 now. So this is going to be a late ride for me and trying to go to sleep by 9:00 pm

7/25/08 Good morning, weighed in this morning at 173.6 pounds. Ate some chichen and potatoe chips last night. I did a two hour bicycle ride last night. I need to get exersice like I used to, because I was so tired after this ride.

7/28/08 Good morning, weighed in this morning at 177.8 pounds. I went out and had Salmon with rice. All weekend I was eating anything and drinkng way to many soda's. Not to worry, plan on walking some of this off with my wife tonight. After the turkey taco's and Sombre's #1, salsa and don't forget the chips. (I don't have a weight problem, (LOL)

7/29/08 Good morning, weighed in at 176.2 pounds this morning. I ate in moderation, with a taco and chips. We did the walk for 40 minutes after eating. I really want to kick myself for my over-eating last weekend with the soda's.

7/30/08 Good morning, weighed in at 175.0 pounds this morning. Had a turkey taco with chips again with no walking. Worked on a gate for the family. I bought this weather prof lock and.......LOL, became a bigger job than buying the weather resistant lock. Have a good day :)

7/31/08 Good morning, weighed in at 174.0 this morning. Had wheat thins crackers and grapes for dinner last night. Tonight planning on doing a bicycle ride to the El Segundo power plant and from there walking the beach up towards Marina Del Ray Harbor. That earthqauke we had this week makes me want to stop and appreciate nature. (Gods design)
