Good Monday Morning

This was taken up in Lake Tahoe and it was a hike, but well worth it.

Well this was the best weekend for my weight. This morning weighed in at 174.8 pounds and I plan on going in this direction for another three months. I feel so much better with the 10 pounds off for good.

I made a mistake on my vacation next week we are stopping over in Taiwan, but Taipei not Bangkok. The wife corrected me over the weekend. What can I say, "Its the first time I am flying over seas, other than Hawaii."

Sorry, my mistake fellow bloggers, I really, honestly thought I was going to Bangkok. This one blogger is over there right now and she always has her hands up. It's like she would give a good hug if you get close to her.

6/24/08 Good morning, weighed in at 176.6 pounds this morning. I was looking for a camera pocket tripod for the trip and found Tombstone on VHS instead. I started watching it and was getting hungery, so I opened a small box of Cheez-it's. Buy the end of the movie, I finished the whole box and it showed this morning. I need to keep away from that type of senario.

6/25/08 Good morning, weighed in at 174.2 pounds this morning. Went with oatmeal and a table spoon of honey. My stomach wanted to eat more, but I new it was from the night before. I am guessing that eating a whole box of Cheez-its makes it that way

6/26/08 Good morning, weighed in at 174.0 pounds this morning. I had the oatmeal with raisins last night. This morning I had an egg with a english muffin. I need to talk note of my protein intake, but still trying to figure out how to do that. Just look at the labelings and take notes not to forget. This will be new for me, LOL.

6/27/08 Good morning, weighed in at 173.2 pounds this morning. I had take out chicken last night, two pieces and small amount of Spanish rice. I mentioned yesterday about protein, so I read up on the subject for dieting purposes. I am not sure I read that correctly or not, but 33% of your daily intake? That is Average 400 gram on 1200 calories! My count today is maybe 91 gram and that is eating 1821 calories. I need to run to a nutritional store to find a supplement then.
